Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager located in Idukki. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. The Manager will also be involved in budgeting, inventory management, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hotel policies.

• Proven experience in hotel management, hospitality management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Budget management and inventory management experience
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant technology
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
