Job Description

Manager Sales & Marketing (Automotive NVH)

Company:

Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
sales & marketing strategies
for NVH products.
Identify new business opportunities and expand OEM and Tier-1 customer base.
Manage key customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.
Handle
contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements
with OEMs.
Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to align product offerings with customer requirements.
Track and analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
to drive growth.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy.

Key Skills Required:

Strong background in
Automotive Sales & Marketing
(preferably NVH / Interiors / Automotive Components).
Excellent knowledge of
OEM procurement processes and vendor management systems
.
Proven ability in
business development, key account management, and negotiations
.
Strong
relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
.
Strategic thinking with ability to deliver results in a competitive market.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools
, and report preparation.

Qualifications:

MBA in Sales & Marketing OR B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) with strong business acumen.
10–15 years of relevant experience in
Automotive Sales & Marketing
with exposure to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
