Manager - Treasury

As an Assistant Manager or Manager in the Treasury department of our finance team, your role will involve managing the company's liquidity, financial risk, banking relationships, and investment activities. You will be expected to efficiently utilize funds, optimize borrowing costs, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements applicable to an NBFC. - Manage the company's liquidity to ensure smooth operations - Assess and mitigate financial risks effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners - Oversee investment activities to achieve maximum returns - Optimize borrowing costs to enhance financial performance - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field - Proven experience in treasury management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector The company offers a full-time job with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
