Role: Global Transaction Services (GTS) – Trade & Cash Management

About the Role:

Transaction Banking growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing corporate client portfolio.
• Acquire new-to-bank clients and increase market share.
• Offer end-to-end solutions in

  Trade Finance

  (LCs, BGs, Buyer/Supplier Finance) and

  Cash Management

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams – Relationship Managers, Product, Credit, Legal, Compliance & Operations.
• Maintain strong credit and risk discipline.
• Identify process gaps, improve client service delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance (FEMA, UCP, URDG).
• Drive pipeline management and business MIS.

Qualifications:

• CA or MBA

  preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in

  Transaction Banking / Trade Finance / Cash Management

  .
• Strong understanding of

  RBI and trade regulations

  .
• Excellent relationship, communication, and commercial skills.
