Job Description

As a highly skilled and experienced professional in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain, you will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities. Your role will require excellent organization and project management skills, including aggressive planning, organizing, coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and successfully delivering against defined objectives. You will play a crucial part in strengthening internal processes related to communications, needs identification, internal facilitator management, reporting dashboards, and metrics. Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements and leading the team to implement such projects will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will also include designing and facilitating training programs, ensuring timely delivery of batches, conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing training metrics and performance dashboards, managing content development and knowledge management, and evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions. Leading all training improvement projects, liaising with the leadership team and senior staff to address training needs, planning and organizing continuous improvement programs for existing employees, conducting Train the Trainer (TTT) programs for trainers and supervisors, and designing Leadership Training Courses are essential duties within your remit. Furthermore, you will collaborate strategically with the Learning and Development (L&D) team to identify and share best-in-class learning solutions. Maintaining and enhancing Training Policies and Procedures, actively participating in staff recruitment interviews, and creating domain hiring tests for new hires will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition to the above roles, the ideal candidate should possess the following desired skills: - A minimum of 10 years of experience in the RCM Domain - Extensive knowledge of the RCM industry - Strong leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with process improvement programs such as Six Sigma or Kaizen - Willingness to work night shifts If you are a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in RCM and possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position.,
