Manager- Training and Sales Operations

As the Manager - Training and Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in the Mid-office & face of growth operations for sales & marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor and growth catalyst to the frontline teams, helping them improve efficiencies across the entire marketing and sales funnel. You will also be involved in sales planning, sales operations, training, business analytics, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Aid in the creation of the Annual Operating Plan and manage monthly operating reviews and quarterly reviews. - Collaborate with sales teams to understand key metrics and create dashboards. - Standardize and streamline the sales management process. - Provide business-critical insights using analytics in partnership with the sales cloud organization. - Conduct detailed market assessment, sizing, and market intelligence studies. - Enable the adoption and cadence of sales governance. - Design training plans and calendars. - Act as a learning consultant to identify learning needs and devise suitable strategies. - Identify appropriate delivery partners for training solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a large-scale new-age product/consumer tech or service organization. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales operations and strategy. - Graduate, MBA preferred. - Ability to leverage data and technology in delivering talent solutions. - Understanding of sales tools like SFDC, Power BI, or equivalent. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Ability to work in a multicultural, multi-geography environment. - Must be able to work independently and collaborate efficiently across functions.,
