Facilitate learning workshops, design learning curriculum, training plans, training implementations for users across different industry sectors Lead a cross-functional team to collaborate with other locations, to leverage best practices and ensure standardization Incorporate Gamification in the training modules, to enhance engagement and retention of learning Establish metrics and dashboards that align with customer expectations, to track and evaluate the effectiveness of the training interventions Conduct feasibility and return on investment review to inform learning solution and intervention design Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Power point & excel are critical for the job Exposure to evolving Technologies, automation Strong communication, interpersonal & facilitation skills.
