Manager- Training and Sales Operations

Role Overview: As the Manager - Training and Sales Operations, your role will be crucial in driving the efficiency and growth of the sales and marketing teams. You will serve as the trusted advisor and growth catalyst to the frontline teams, assisting in various areas such as sales planning, sales operations, training, and business analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Aid in the creation of the Annual Operating Plan and manage the monthly operating reviews and quarterly reviews. - Collaborate with sales teams to understand key metrics and create dashboards. - Standardize and streamline the sales management process. - Provide business-critical insights using analytics in partnership with the sales cloud organization. - Conduct detailed market assessments, sizing, and market intelligence studies. - Design training plans, act as a learning consultant, and identify appropriate delivery partners. - Perform sales performance analytics to derive relevant insights for Sales and Business Leaders. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a large-scale new-age product/consumer tech or service organization like Banking/Life Insurance/General Insurance. - Hands-on experience of 3+ years in sales operations and strategy. - Graduation, MBA preferred. - Ability to leverage data and technology in talent solutions. - Proficiency in sales tools like SFDC, Power BI, or equivalent. - Experience working in a multicultural, multi-geography environment. - Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Strong ability to drive business priorities across all sales teams and geographies independently and collaboratively.,
