Job Description

Promoting TQM culture through various training & awareness programs.
Guiding and supporting QC/QA team members in development of improvement projects.
Monitoring progress of various functions through project reviews, statistical tools and goal completion.
Supporting various functions to implement and improve key improvement projects through trainings and guidance.
Supporting in judgment of QC and QCC projects and other assessments.
Standardizing TQM systems & practices across departments.

KPIs:

No. of MSA studies completed
% QC/CC participation
No. of QC story projects completed
% of audit projects completed within project timelines
% of injuries received free from CAPA requirements
Share of MSA related to PD, DWM, CCC, QC Story

Skills Required:

Functional Skills:

Daily Work Management System (DWM)
QC Story
Policy Management
Knowledge of Apollo TQM Way
Presentation and Communication Skills

Technical Skills:

Basic MS Office Tools
Statistical Tools (SQC, 7 QC Tools)
Data Analysis Tools
Software knowledge of Minitab

Process Management system approach

Relevant Experience

: Minimum 7 years relevant experience in TQM working in a reputed organization / Deming awarded company.

Education Qualification(s)
