Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 15 to 25 years of experience to join our team as a Manager- TQM in Apollo Tyres Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure high standards of production.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles and practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to results.
Experience with quality management software and tools, such as audit management systems.
