Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan for skill enhancement in problem solving with quality improvement tools
Formation of Quality circles and quality improvement teams
Participation in external competition organized by customers, outside forums / agencies
Drive kaizens across the plant and develop new standards of all levels
Training of all employees on 5S methodology
Conducting regular audits and reviews for timely elimination of nonconformance
Preparation of Unit Monthly reports (MIS)
Coordinating regular reviews of improvement projects
Assist the Principal trainer on conducting PSP Blue training & facilitation sessions
Co ordination and facilitation for annual planning cycle

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate must know SIX Sigma, Autonomous Maintenance, Problem Solving tools, and 07 QC Tools.
