Role Overview: As a Manager Total Rewards at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for facilitating alignment between global and local Total Rewards (TR) programs, overseeing employee benefits and wellness programs, and managing multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders. Your expertise in salary practices, market movements, M&A due diligence, post-deal integration matters, working with survey providers, and pension structures will be crucial. You will collaborate with multiple regions on global C&B projects, lead and develop a small team, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, project management, analytical, organizational, and excel skills.
