As a Manager of Total Rewards at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for facilitating alignment between global and local Total Rewards (TR) programs. You will oversee employee benefits and wellness programs while managing multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders. Your strong knowledge of salary practices and market movements, especially in the Hi-Tech sector, will be essential in advising on TR-related M&A due diligence and post-deal integration matters. Your expertise in working with multiple survey providers and platforms, along with the ability to adapt survey tools and techniques, will be crucial. You should have a complete understanding of pension structures and governance, as well as benefit norms in India, Japan, and Australia. Experience in collaborating with multiple regions on global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects is required. You should possess strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies. Leading and developing a small team, along with exceptional project management, analytical, organizational, and Excel skills, are essential for this role.
