Manager - Technology - Finance

The Manager of Finance Technology is responsible for the management, development, and optimization of the bank s cloud-hosted data platform, which supports key Finance technologies, including Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and its critical modules: Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Profitability Management (PFT), and IFRS 9/ECL Management (LLFP). This platform is hosted on Oracle s Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) infrastructure, and understanding of cloud-based hosting and architecture is essential for the successful management of this role.

This position is highly strategic and involves working closely with the bank s senior Finance leadership. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the platform delivers accurate, high-quality data to support key decision-making by the Group CEO, Group CFO, and other senior executives. The platform also integrates with the newly implemented Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS), playing a key role in financial, regulatory, and profitability reporting for both Corporate and Retail Banking divisions.

The successful candidate will liaise with senior stakeholders to implement a strong financial reporting model, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of data necessary for high-level management reporting and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Finance, or a related field (master s degree preferred).


• 10-12 years of experience managing financial data platforms, with specific expertise in OFSAA modules (FTP, ALM, PFT, LLFP) and cloud-based environments.


• Proven experience collaborating with senior Finance leadership to deliver robust reporting models.


• Strong understanding of banking financials, profitability reporting, and regulatory requirements.


• Expertise in data modeling, solution architecture, and data curation in large-scale Deep understanding of cloud-based hosting platforms, particularly Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC), and cloud architecture principles.


• Strong knowledge of banking financials, profitability reporting, and regulatory requirements.


• Experience with Cloudera Hadoop data platform would be a plus.


• Experience in solution architecture, data modeling, and integration of large-scale financial platforms.


• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering data accuracy and quality.


• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
