WE ARE HIRING Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our health care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health care administration, team leadership, compliance, and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficient delivery of patient care. Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative and clinical staff. Ensure compliance with health care laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a health care setting. Proven leadership and organizational skills. Strong understanding of health care regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s in Health Administration (MHA), MBA in Health Care Management, or related field master's preferred Certification in health care management Experience in managing multi-specialty or large-scale facilities.
