This role will play a critical part in building structured talent frameworks, developing future-ready capabilities, and fostering a culture of growth, empowerment, and high performance at Agristo.
• Design and implement talent management strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and manage frameworks for performance management, succession planning, and career pathways
• Lead end-to-end learning & leadership development initiatives
• Partner with HRBP and recruitment teams to drive effective talent acquisition
• Identify high-potential talent and create accelerated development plans
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and inclusion initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational change and transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Management / Organizational Development
• Manufacturing experience required (Food Manufacturing preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
