Position: Learning & Development Coordinator Location: Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh Job Summary We are hiring an L&D Coordinator who will be responsible for designing learning modules, managing LMS content, and collaborating with internal experts and external training partners to build a high-performance technical & leadership academy. You will play a key role in planning, structuring, and tracking knowledge transfer through digital and in-person formats to ensure business-readiness, safety, and skill depth across functions. Key Responsibilities • Convert SOPs and SME inputs into learner-friendly modules • Create SCORM/video-based content using tools like FlowSparks, Articulate 360 • Maintain version control and visual branding in all modules • Identify training needs with production, quality, packaging, and engineering teams • Build capability maps, training matrices, and learning journeys • Plan induction and refresher training for shopfloor and enabling teams • Upload and manage modules on LMS • Track completions, assessments, feedback, and dashboards • Coordinate user access, escalation, and rollout support • Set up rewards-linked learning culture • Collaborate with SMEs for content creation and validation • Work with internal/external partners for training delivery and customization • Support plant inductions, onboarding, and live sessions • Regularly update content on LMS • Maintain logs, audit records, feedback, and closure trackers • Prepare monthly dashboards and training impact reports • Support BRCGS, and HR audits related to L&D Requirements • Bachelor’s in Food Tech, Dairy Tech, Biotech or related field (must) • 2–4 years in L&D, content design, or technical training • Bonus: Master’s in HR / L&D and FMCG or manufacturing experience • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, LMS, SCORM, and e-learning tools • Strong written communication & attention to detail • Curious, structured, and excited to scale learning across functions Competencies • Attention to detail and structured approach. • Ability to work independently and with multiple teams. • Strong coordination and execution skills.
