Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Perform specialized HR consulting and coaching services for business leaders.
Enable business change by supporting talent aspects of organizational structure changes and talent integration related to mergers and acquisitions.
Advocate HR programs, communicate their business value, and manage roll-out to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting teams on key talent initiatives such as workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.
Implement short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions aligned with department strategy.
Lead a team of specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, taking full responsibility for employee lifecycle management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR consulting and coaching.
Strong understanding of technical and regulatory aspects of employment, including hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards.
Experience in enabling business change and supporting talent aspects of organizational structure changes.
Ability to advocate HR programs and communicate their business value.
Strong leadership skills to lead a team of specialists.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
