Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our sales bulk hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruitment, with a focus on acquiring top sales talent to drive our business growth. This role is critical in ensuring that we have a robust and capable sales team to meet our ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities: Bulk Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement effective bulk hiring strategies to meet the high-volume sales recruitment needs. Collaborate with senior management and sales leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop a proactive recruitment plan. Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Conduct initial screening and interviews to identify suitable candidates for further assessment. Organize and conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring events to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Selection Process: Coordinate and manage the selection process, including scheduling interviews, administering assessments, and facilitating decision-making meetings with hiring managers. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during the selection process. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges. Onboarding: Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires. Monitor and support new hires during their initial period to ensure successful integration into the organization. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process. Skills: Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
