Job Description

Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the recruitment service delivery for Risk Analytics function across India. Must have experience in managing stakeholder relationships, drive the recruitment processes, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities. The position involves the full range of business services that span day to day recruitment activities to participation in longer range strategic initiatives, such as organizational change, department staff planning and process improvement.

will be responsible for developing and delivering recruitment delivery, leading key partner relationships, and ensuring operational excellence through continuous process improvement. This leader will partner with other recruitment leaders, CEG and business leaders to strategize and deliver high quality recruitment solutions to critical recruiting needs in support of the organization s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading a team of Associate TA Partners/ TA Partners and provide direction on recruitment strategies and methodologies
  • Leading complete talent acquisition life cycle starting from understanding the business requirement, attracting and selecting top diverse talent, making a compelling offer and seamless onboarding
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, drive recruitment processes, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities
  • Strengthen the recruitment function by optimizing resources, tools and channels
  • Drive the team to build talent pipeline for available pool for some critical upcoming positions
  • Leverage external market insights to strategize sourcing of external talent
  • Curate and deploy sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for hiring across all levels to source diverse talent through career site, social media, job boards, internet sourcing and employee referral program
  • Ensure real-time communication on recruiting initiatives and issues arising to concerned partners
  • Keep abreast of strategic objectives; create measurable recruitment strategies as need arises
  • Analyze team performance to identify trends (i.e. survey results, results of strategies, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Operations team to ensure process compliance, risk management to deliver a more coordinated and seamless service delivery results
  • Use data and analytics to drive the recruiting strategy, planning and process; address any data integrity, compliance and reporting issues, and provide insight and commentary on local and functional labor markets.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making process across GTA and in relation to the business

Minimum

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor s degree
  • Overall experience of 10+ years and min 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure to different talent segments in an agile environment preferably in a large-scale multinational organization
  • Prior experience of managing team is preferred
  • Ability to interact with people across levels, collaborate and develop strong working relationships
  • Experience in new world recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to produce external trends, market intelligence and industry insights
  • Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues.
  • Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels.
