About the Role

Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for assigned functions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.).
  
• Handle

  mid to senior-level mandates

  independently with defined TATs.
• Ensure a

  strong candidate experience

  and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and close positions within agreed timelines.
  
• Participate in employer branding, employee referral drives, and campus hiring as needed.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in

  end-to-end recruitment

  .
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  
• 5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a

  corporate or fast-paced startup environment
