Urgently Hiring for Facility Supply Chain Manager

Location: Pune

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.

Certifications in procurement, facility management, or contract management are a plus.

Key Requirements:

✅Experience:

5+ years of experience in facility procurement, infrastructure management, and supply chain operations.

Strong knowledge of P2P cycles, vendor negotiations, and contract management.

✅Industry Background:

Experience in handling corporate office facilities, manufacturing plants, or large infrastructure setups is preferred.

✅Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of facility maintenance operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).

Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems for procurement management.

Excellent analytical, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling facility equipment AMCs, facility maintenance, and repair work while ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.
