Role Overview: Join Blue Star's Corporate Planning & Strategy team as a Deputy Manager to contribute towards strategic decision-making and the execution of company-wide transformation programmes. Your role will involve translating boardroom strategies into actionable plans through structured programme management. Working closely with business units and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives in business transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead enterprise programmes by orchestrating multiple high-stakes transformation initiatives simultaneously to achieve measurable business impact within set timelines and scope - Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by collaborating with senior executives to translate strategic visions into structured programme roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics - Navigate complexity by managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and aligning diverse teams towards common programme objectives - Drive decision-making through analytical insights and recommendations that influence critical business decisions, presenting complex programme updates in actionable formats to senior leadership - Champion change by identifying and addressing organizational resistance, building consensus, and momentum for initiatives that drive fundamental changes in Blue Star's operations - Establish excellence by implementing and refining programme management frameworks to elevate the standard of executing strategic initiatives across the organization Qualifications Required: - Educational qualifications: MBA + BE (any field) mandatory, Strategy domain expertise preferred - Experience: 6 - 10 years of proven experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in leading or being part of large-scale organizational transformation programmes, corporate strategy & planning departments executing transformation initiatives, and programme/project management initiatives - Competencies: Mastery in Programme Management, superior Communication skills, Functional expertise/Strategic analysis, and a Proven Track Record of managing programmes involving multiple stakeholders and delivering quantifiable business outcomes Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai If you are ready to drive change that matters and transform Blue Star's strategic vision into operational excellence, this Deputy Manager role in Corporate Planning & Strategy is the perfect opportunity for you.,
