• Experience of Breakdown & Preventive maintenance of Machines shop, assy shop & heat treatment,

• Service & Maintenance Objective, preventive maintenance schedule, daily & monthly breakdown report, Manpower handling etc.

• Arranging spares for servicing & maintenance of machines.

• Trouble shooting of CNC,VMC, & HMC machines.

• Update service and maintenance reports ,records.

• Coordination with different departments to achieve customer and company master schedule milestones.

• Planning and proper execution of man, materials and machines.

• Coordinate internal meetings of New Projects and review of new projects. Responsible to installation of new machines.

• Good exposure in manpower handling by regular interactions and day to day resolving related matters.

• Handling the machine shop , logistic ,utility & Service & maintenance work & record updated.

• Maintain documents on daily, weekly & monthly basis of schedule.

• Coordinate with the store and dispatch department for the smooth flow of material. • Autonomous maintenance.

• Participate in maintenance process improvement.

• Service & Maintenance of CNC,VMC,HMC machines of make mazak,haas,ams,doosaan,parisudh,moreishieki,jyoti,marshal,kirloskar,hmt,lmw etc

• Trouble shooting of utility m/cs like Dg set, Compressor, substation, power factor ,ups, stabilizer, Etp & Stp plantchiller plant etc.

• Maintenance ofpaint shop,shot blasting m/cs,degreasing m/c,buffing m/c,grinding m/ c,jib crane,auto gantry system,etc.

• Maintenance of hydraulic,pneumatic,power operated based machines.

• Taking care of the shift scheduling, man power management in shift.

• Providing engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.

• Performing engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

• Change Spindle bearing of Quench Press mc.

• Change ball screw of Induction hardening.

• Change ball screw, support unit of Induction hardening mc’s.

• Change hydro static spindle of grinding mc.

• Change seals of clinching head spindle.

• Attending the Major breakdown HPDC, Utility, ETP Plant, Paint shop & Machin Shop etc.

• To Analysis the problems and performing the functions of

  Troubleshooting

  and Breakdown maintenance

  for reducing the machine down time.

• All possible efforts for energy conservation.

• Executes preventive / breakdown maintenance of equipments & maintains record of maintenance.

• Reduction in breakdown frequency & down time by root causes analysis, Kaizens.

• Save plant in fire accident.

• Responsible for maintenance spare repair activity& cost savings.

• Participation in New Heat treatment installation.

• Maintaining documents by using TS 16949.
