We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager/Senior Manager of Sales to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
As a Manager/Senior Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline, win/loss ratios, and customer satisfaction
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development and career growth
