We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Sales / Senior Manager Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and excellent leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
