Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly order/shipments targets and quarterly opportunity pipeline goals.
  • Drive sales growth across industry verticals and increase market share in your territory.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve annual booking and sales targets.
  • Promote value selling and value communication at key accounts.
  • Implement price increases across products and customers to improve margins.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer correct product/technology solutions.
  • Prepare and submit timely technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to close orders.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Serve as a single point of contact for customer coordination.
  • Maintain sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, CRM updates).
  • Coordinate with supply chain and service teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the territory.
