Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and acquire
clients seeking
debt and equity financing
solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, banks, NBFCs, DFIs, investors, and key stakeholders
.
Assess client needs and prepare
customized fundraising proposals

debt syndication
, project finance, and
M&A advisory
.
Drive business mobilization across
SME, Mid-Market, and Large Corporate
segments.
Prepare and deliver
presentations & financial proposals
demonstrating the companys value proposition.
Lead
deal negotiations
with lenders and investors to secure optimal structures.
Manage
due diligence, credit appraisal, financial modeling, and risk analysis
.
Ensure
regulatory compliance
across all transactions.
Build and strengthen
strategic partnerships
with Banks/NBFCs/FIs.
Maintain
market intelligence
and track funding trends and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA / CA / ICWA / CFA
with
5+ years
of experience in
financial services, corporate banking, or investment advisory
.
Proven experience in
debt & equity fundraising
,
debt restructuring
,
M&A
, and
project finance
.
Prior experience in lending to
SME, Mid-Market, or Large Corporates
is essential.
Strong understanding of
financial products, credit appraisal, transaction structuring
, and financial analysis.
Excellent
analytical, communication, and negotiation
skills with
strong execution focus
.
Experience in
Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions
is highly desirable.
Local market knowledge
and deep
domain expertise
are mandatory.
