Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for the US market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
Build strong client relationships and manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure.
Represent at international trade shows, expos, and client meetings across the US.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory) to deliver customized solutions.
Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the senior leadership.

Required skills:

Must possess a valid US Business Visa (B1/B2 or equivalent).
Must be open and willing to travel internationally, especially to the US, for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development.
Strong understanding of US market dynamics, healthcare regulations, and B2B client engagement practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Performance-based incentives and travel allowances.
