Job Description Details about Impact: ServiceNow Impact is a personalized value acceleration solution that lets customers realize the value of their ServiceNow investments. It provides AI-driven recommendations and ServiceNow expertise to validate the readiness of your organization to adopt ServiceNow AI innovations quickly, map investments to business objectives, and track the value gained. Brief About Team Our engineering team leverages the ServiceNow platform to deliver world class applications to our customers with the primary focus on experience and content. The ServiceNow Next Experience framework provides us with modern UI tools (GraphQL, Redux) to create a seamless web interface for our customers. In addition, we are utilizing Gen AI capabilities from the Now Platform to generate meaningful content for our customers to act upon. What You Get To Do In This Role Deliver high quality solutions on time. Lead / manage teams of 5-7 engineers Collaborate with cross functional global teams such as product management, design, support and other dev teams. Encourage innovative mindset towards solving difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems Build and maintain high performance engineering teams with a predictable delivery cadence. Mentor engineers and guide them towards achieving their career objectives. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 9+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills, 2+ years of managing development teams. Proven track record of delivering high quality solutions as a lead / manager. Experience with managing teams with Agile / Scrum development practices Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript) An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes Our team values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
