· Conduct thorough assessments to identify specific skill gaps within assigned student cohorts.
· Analyze industry trends, employer expectations, and feedback to determine relevant training areas.
· Develop a comprehensive training calendar based on identified areas of improvement.
· Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to design targeted skill development programs.
· Implement and facilitate skill training sessions and workshops for students.
· Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences.
· Focus on language proficiency for students with identified weaknesses.
· Design and implement language enhancement programs to improve communication skills.
· Develop and execute programs to familiarize students with corporate environments and expectations.
· Provide insights into industry-specific nuances and cultivate a corporate mindset among participants.
· Organize mock interview sessions to prepare students for real-world job interviews.
· Conduct group discussions to enhance communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
· Implement a comprehensive program focusing on life skills such as Goal Setting, Time Management, Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, etc.
· Provide tools and strategies for students to manage themselves.
· Offer personalized mentoring to assigned students, guiding academic and professional development.
· Assist students in setting and achieving personal and career goals, offering support and encouragement throughout their journey.
· Track and evaluate the progress of students in skill development programs.
· Provide constructive feedback and implement adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
1. 5-7 years of experience in relevant field.
2. Proven experience in designing and delivering skill development programs.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
5. Familiarity with the corporate landscape and hiring processes.
