Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager - Service Line in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee service line operations to ensure high-quality services. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Job Proven experience in managing service lines, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with IT systems and technologies is desirable.
