Job Description

KMK Ventures is looking for an experienced Manager to lead our accounting operations team in Noida. This role requires strong knowledge of US GAAP, QuickBooks Online, and proven experience in managing accounting teams. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth client delivery, guiding team members, and supporting business growth through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the QuickBooks Live Support team and ensure top-quality service for US-based clients.Manage and motivate the accounting team to deliver accurate and timely results.Handle complex accounting areas like bank reconciliations, payroll, tax filings, and financial reports.Set and monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain high service standards.Focus on improving Team Net Promoter Score (TNPS) by enhancing both client satisfaction and team engagement.Act as the main escalation point for critical accounting or system-related issues.Work closely with technology, operations, and client service teams to ensure smooth workflows.Drive process improvement and automation to increase efficiency.Organize regular training sessions to keep the team updated on QuickBooks, US GAAP, and new regulations.Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a strong, capable team.Contribute to planning for business growth, client retention, and service innovation.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Expert in QuickBooks Online.Strong knowledge of US GAAP, payroll, and US tax compliance.Proven ability to lead and develop large teams.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Client-focused mindset with strong business understanding.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and focus on results.CA or CPA qualification preferred
