Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Mgr-Security I at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee security operations to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent incidents and minimize risks.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Train and guide staff on security procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security principles, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Proficient in using security equipment and technology to monitor and respond to incidents.
Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct staff.
