Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as a Mgr-Security I in the Hotels & Restaurants industry, specifically with Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee security operations to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent incidents and minimize risks.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to respond to emergencies and resolve issues.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Train and guide staff on security procedures and best practices.
Manage incident response plans to handle unexpected events efficiently.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security principles, laws, and regulations.
