Job Description

As a Manager SCM, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain management process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Familiarity with e-Procurement portals such as Central/State Govt. and GeM Portal - Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook - Experience with ERP Systems like SAP, Oracle, etc. - Excellent communication skills for negotiation and stakeholder management - Strong leadership qualities for team management and conflict resolution - Effective problem-solving abilities for risk management and long-term planning - Adaptability to manage change and perform under pressure - Attention to detail for precise procurement documentation and data management - Analytical and critical thinking skills for quality control and data organization - Awareness of the latest e-procurement technologies and market trends - Financial acumen in managing procurement budgets and cost forecasting - Vendor risk management through regular supplier performance assessment The company values innovation, technology awareness, financial expertise, and vendor risk management in its procurement strategies.
