Manager SCM

Job Description: You are required to join Addverb Technologies Limited (Formerly known as Addverb Technologies Private Limited) as a Manager SCM. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager and be responsible for ensuring the seamless procurement, production, and delivery of high-quality electrical control panels. Your main focus will be to manage the end-to-end supply chain process, optimize cost efficiency, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain supplier and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as design, manufacturing, commercial, projects, and quality assurance will be essential to meet operational goals and business objectives. This fast-paced role may involve occasional visits to supplier sites and production facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Source and negotiate with suppliers for electrical and electronic components like PLCs, relays, wiring, enclosures, and circuit breakers. - Evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality, delivery timelines, and pricing agreements. - Develop and maintain supplier relationships for a reliable supply chain. - Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. - Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for timely delivery of materials and finished products. - Collaborate with production teams to create schedules aligned with project deadlines and customer requirements. - Implement inventory management practices such as Just-in-Time (JIT) or Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to optimize inventory holding costs. - Proactively communicate potential risks, material shortages, or delays to management and suggest mitigation strategies. - Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to address any issues or changes in requirements.
