Role & responsibilities

• Parts ordering and inventory management with ZERO line stoppage - To ensure production readiness as per the production plan.
• To manage day to day basis for parts deliveries to the plant as per the production plan.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records including after sales and PDI supplies.
• Manage and correctness of firm and forecast and coordinate with logistics for parts deliveries.
• Ensuring 100% schedule and ASN adherence, Claim settlement, Ensuring on time GRN, Packaging signoff adherence.
• Weekly review of backlog with vendor management and analyse the root cause of backlog & way for backlog closure.
• Need to work with suppliers partners and coordination with sourcing ,Engg and aftermarket.
• Improve system by implementing solution like safety stock, MOQ, Pack qty and implementing E-kanban and JIS project to optimise inventory.
• To Evaluate and report on KPI's and also train and guide the team members.        
• Data analysis, constraint management and Stakeholder management.
• Inventory and vendor management.
• To take responsible for strengthening supplier relationship and enhance their capacity and capability to support business growth.
• An ERP/MRE subject matter expert with strong data capture and analysis skill.
