Job Description

As a sales manager for medical devices, you will develop and implement national sales strategies, manage key accounts, and oversee a team of sales representatives.

- Responsibilities include market analysis, competitor intelligence, product launches, and marketing. You'll negotiate pricing and contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and build relationships with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
- Key tasks include sales forecasting, budgeting, and continuous improvement to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

- Successful candidates will have managed national or large zone sales teams in India, demonstrated effective people management, and preferably have experience in the orthopaedics or dermatology sectors.
