Job Description

Developing and executing marketing national sales Strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets
Motivating, guiding and managing regional sales managers and Sales teams to achieve individual and collective sales goals
Ensuring that sales teams consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Analyzing Sales data, market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
Working closely with other Line of Business (LOB) to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
Tracking and analyzing sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts
Recruiting, hiring, and training new sales personnel
Building relationships with potential business partners and clients to expand market reach
Overseeing and participating in negotiations with key clients
