Job Description

  • Developing and executing marketing national sales Strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets
  • Motivating, guiding and managing regional sales managers and Sales teams to achieve individual and collective sales goals
  • Ensuring that sales teams consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Analyzing Sales data, market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Working closely with other Line of Business (LOB) to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new sales personnel
  • Building relationships with potential business partners and clients to expand market reach
  • Overseeing and participating in negotiations with key clients
