Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Oversee and guide Sales Supervisors & Executives across all operational areas.
• Customer Base Expansion: Establish, maintain, and grow the customer network in the assigned region.
• Distributor Management: Handle distributor appointments, coordination, performance tracking, and relationship management.
• Route Development: Identify new areas for route expansion, organize marketing programs, and participate in public events to enhance brand presence.
• Channel Growth: Focus on modern trade and institutional channels to boost distribution, visibility, and sales volume.
• Market Share Growth: Drive strategies to increase the company’s market share in the assigned region.
• Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock availability, analyze movement patterns, and maintain efficient stock distribution systems.
• Key Account Handling: Manage and retain key customer accounts through direct engagement.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and implement counter-strategies to strengthen market positioning.
• Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of payments by closely tracking customer accounts.
• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet company targets.
• Escalation Resolution: Address and resolve customer escalations promptly.
• Operational Setup: Maintain necessary business centers to support regional operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the FMCG sector, with specialized experience in milk and milk products.
• Skills: Strong leadership, distributor management, sales strategy, and market analysis.
