Job Title: Marketing Executive – Frozen Vegetables Location: Pune, Maharashtra Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an energetic and passionate Marketing Executive to promote our frozen vegetable products in the Pune market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing local marketing strategies, expanding brand visibility, and driving sales growth across retail, HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering), and distributor channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing plans to promote frozen vegetable products in the Pune region. Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional clients . Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competition, and pricing trends. Plan and execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and local campaigns . Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets . Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability . Manage social media marketing and local advertising efforts to enhance brand awareness. Prepare weekly market reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field . 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, frozen food, or fresh produce marketing/sales . Strong knowledge of the Pune retail and HoReCa market . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Proficient in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork. Preferred Qualifications Experience in frozen food / ready-to-eat product category . Understanding of cold chain distribution systems . Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Compensation Competitive salary (as per industry standards) + incentives based on performance.
