Identify and on board ISPs, LCOs,MSOs as partners for Watcho OTT Aggregation Service
Partner Training for sales processes
SPOC for technical integrations -
Account Management Customer grievances handling, payment cycle management, regular follow ups, ensuring business continuity and consistency.
Responsible for increasing market share of OTT Services within ISP consumers
Internal coordination and Liasoning with finance, accounts, marketing team for operational efficiency and timely deliveries
