You will be responsible for technology development, implementation, Innovation/R&D, efficiency & yield improvement for Solar Cell for Cluster of Wet Chemistry or Thermal/LDSE/LCO or Metallization. Your main duties will include overall implementation of process management in the cluster, technical evaluation of potential raw materials & vendors, training & developing technical teams, preparing SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for the cluster, analyzing rejections & suggesting improvement actions, ensuring continuous improvement in cell efficiency, yield, throughput & driving cost reduction projects, complying with external and internal auditory standards, controlling non-conforming productions, staying updated on new external developments on processes, keeping a close eye on external developments relevant to ReNew technology roadmap, and achieving zero safety incidents. You must have experience in characterization knowledge of Solar cell for process improvement, Six Sigma Methodologies, QC tools, Statistical Software (Minitab, JMP etc.), and MS Office. Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. For Wet Chemistry, you should have knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry process & equipment's from suppliers like SC China, RENA, Schmid & Kingenious for Texturing, Polishing, Cleaning etc. For Thermal / LDSE / LCO, you need knowledge and hands-on experience of Thermal processes and equipment's from suppliers like SC China & Centrotherm for Diffusion / Annealing / Oxidation / PECVD / PVD / LPCVD / ALD. For Metallization, you should have knowledge and hands-on experience of Metallization line processes & equipment's from suppliers like AMAT, Maxwell & ASYS for Metallization / Firing / LID Regenerator / IV & EL Tester.,

Regular travel to towns and upcoming launch locations is expected. Ensure network inventory is up to date in GIS systems. Finalize and implement OLT site planning.
