Job Description

Manager, Sales - (Female Candidates Only)

Join a high-performance, employee-centric team and help drive the growth of our unique pedagogy across international markets. Your role will focus on lead conversion, student counseling, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities -

New Customer Acquisition

Convert leads received through marketing campaigns
Design and implement short-term and long-term sales plans
Consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers
Generate referrals to grow the sales pipeline

Customer Relationship Management

Understand customer needs and feedback to improve offerings
Build strong and lasting relationships with students/parents

Operations & Reporting

Manage pre-sales to post-sales journey
Provide excellent support and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports

Candidate Requirements

Freshers can apply
Prior experience in B2C Sales (Ed-Tech domain/US Sales Experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in US shift (Night shift)
Female candidates only
