Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to build effective campaigns and elevate our brand presence in the digital space.

  • Campaign Management

    : Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads to generate quality leads, improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and scale paid acquisition efforts monthly.
  • Budget Optimization

    : Efficiently allocate and manage digital budgets to maximize lead volume while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • SEO & Content Strategy

    : Implement SEO best practices and content marketing strategies to boost organic traffic and generate a consistent lead pipeline.
  • Social Media Growth

    : Drive engagement and community growth by creating compelling content across social platforms, including Reels, creative posts, and stories.
  • CRM Automation

    : Build and manage automated workflows for outreach and lead nurturing using CRM platforms
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    : Take ownership of key product segments and collaborate with product, sales, and support teams, including senior management, to align on goals and execution.
  • Multi-Channel Communication

    : Execute campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, and Email, optimizing for the best performance and user engagement.
  • Funnel Optimization

    : Work closely with product, content, and sales teams to streamline funnel management and ensure a seamless, customer-centric journey.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

    : Monitor, analyze, and report campaign KPIs, offering actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring

    : Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualifications

    : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience

    :
    • Freshers are welcome to apply.
    • Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, particularly within the EdTech sector.
  • Skills

    :
    • Expertise in

      Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads

      campaigns (preferably in the Indian, USA, and Canada markets).
