Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and camera-confident Digital Marketer & Content Creator to join our team! The ideal candidate will manage our digital presence, create engaging promotional content, and support our marketing initiatives both online and offline.

If you enjoy being on camera, crafting social media content, and bringing marketing ideas to life — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create promotional reels and videos for Instagram and other platforms.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the agency.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns.
• Design engaging content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on marketing strategies.
• Assist with offline/fieldwork activities when required (e.g., events, shoots).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
• Prior experience in digital media management or a diploma in Digital Marketing.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, and social media tools.
• Knowledge of camera operation, framing, and angles.
• Familiarity with basic equipment such as tripods, lighting, and microphones.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-field promotional activities.
