• Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience: 47 years in sales/business development for industrial machinery, capital

goods, valves, or turbine parts within a factory-based organization.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of precision engineering, machining,

tolerances, and heavy industrial products.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to develop business cases, negotiate contracts, and

manage P&L.
• Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in B2B sales cycles and technical product development.
  • Strong project coordination and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (SEO, CRM) for client acquisition.

• Traits: Strategic thinker, client-focused, results-driven, and adept at thriving in fastpaced industrial environments.
