Job Description

We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager - Sales & Business Development (Corporate Gifting) in a leading textile & garments company in Andheri (E) - Mumbai

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions across various industries.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Proactively approach new clients through multiple channels.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and client retention.
Understand client requirements and offer customized gifting solutions based on their needs and brand guidelines.
Act as a single point of contact for all client interactions, including presentations, negotiations, order execution, and after-sales support.

3. Product Knowledge & Customization:

Stay updated with market trends, new products, and innovation in the gifting industry.
Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and design teams to curate personalized gifting options for clients.
Ensure timely delivery, packaging, and quality control for all orders.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Track client feedback and use insights to improve offerings and service delivery.
