Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter (Niche Hiring Specialist)Department: Talent Acquisition / RPO
Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for niche IT skills. This role demands strong headhunting abilities, a high delivery orientation, and the capability to attract specialized, high-skilled, or hard-to-find talent. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment excellence in the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for niche IT roles such as SAP, SailPoint, DevOps, Kenan, and others.
Utilize job portals, professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.), and advanced sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
Apply headhunting methodologies to identify and engage passive candidates for high-demand roles.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct candidate assessments, screenings, and interviews to ensure a perfect fit for client needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and set clear expectations.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently for data management and reporting.
Execute Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other advanced internet sourcing techniques.
Meet or exceed hiring targets with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent written and oral communication skills (Mandatory).
Strong experience in hiring for niche IT skills such as SAP, SailPoint, DevOps, Kenan, etc. (Mandatory).
Skilled in headhunting and engaging passive candidates (Mandatory).
High target-driven attitude with a strong commitment to delivery (Mandatory).
Experience in handling specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.
Proficiency in using job boards, social media, professional networks, and ATS platforms.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, Boolean logic, and advanced sourcing techniques.
A positive attitude with adaptability and learning agility (Mandatory).
Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years in Recruitment/Search Firms, RPO, or Corporate Recruitment.
OR Exceptional communicators with a strong passion for recruitment and willingness to learn will be considered even with less experience.
